Major heavy machinery excavation work along the terracing (viewing) area including the removal of six trees was followed by the installation of 280 metres of paving on four levels and then having seating installed for approximately 340 people, as well as two new coach’s boxes. This was by far the biggest financial commitment of the Old Collegians Football Club in its, at the time, 77 year history.

In 2010, the Old Collegians Football Club, the Old Scholars Cricket Association and the Football Parents Support Group had the deck built over the top of the three pavilion concrete steps.

In 2014, the Old Collegians Football Club, the Old Scholars Cricket Association, the Old Collegians Association, a number of individual Scotch old collegians and some past and (then) current parents combined with Scotch College to replace the main oval picket fence, excavated over 150 sqm of the oval with a two metre deep drainage system and installed a new electronic scoreboard.

In 2016, the Football Parents Support Group and the Old Collegians Football Club had new sports lights fitted on three of the main oval’s light towers.

In 2018, Scotch College, with some assistance from the Football Parents Support Group, replaced the previous barbecue arrangement on the pavilion deck with an enclosed outdoor kitchen, including a new barbecue and range hood.

In 2019, the Old Collegians Football Club, the Old Scholars Cricket Association, the Old Scholars Association and Scotch College replaced and enlarged the pavilion’s 90 year Honour Boards history and records of the Old Collegians Football Club, the 50 years of the Old Scholars Cricket Association and for the first time, the 100 year history and records of Scotch College’s 1st XV111 football and 1st X1 cricket.
